I talk on cruises and have found them virtually surprisingly accommodating to special needs. Most lines supply an auxiliary policy to cover your requirements for a nominal cost. Check to confirm if your policy covers air evacuation, which is intensely expensive, unless you relish emergency surgery in, say, Belize. If you have medical problems, or issues with sea sickness, book on one of the bigger ships -- one thousand or even more passengers. The bigger ships ( typically measured by number of guests ) have sounder health facilities and services, and also better stabilizers so do better in stormy weather. If you have medical issues , be absolutely sure and debate them with your private doctor. Be certain and bring all medicines you want with you, with an additional supply in the event your travel plans are delayed. But do we set targets to attain them. We don't really wish to realize, or have others realize, we used to be a failure. Occasionally we predict a miracle, just not realizing that dreams can't come true without goal setting. What changes one from a dreamer to a doer? Goals.
When one has a dream and no goals, they're talkers and not doers.
